We're sorry to hear your race bib hasn't arrived yet.

If you purchased race bib postage, your bib is being delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries are expected to continue arriving until Friday 7 August. Please note that individual race bibs do not have tracking available.

If your bib has not arrived by Friday, please attend Race Bib Collection at the Hordern Pavilion on Thursday, Friday or Saturday (opening hours). A friend or family member can collect this on your behalf, please share your registration QR code with them (this will be re-sent Tuesday 4 August).

Yes, you can track friends and family on the 2026 Voltaren City2Surf app. 

1. Download the app from Google Play or App Store
2. Navigate to the Athlete tab
3. Search your full name or race number
4. Select your friend/family member
5. Click track athlete in the top left corner
6. Tracking will be updated each time they cross a timing mat
